Our shipping cost within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £5. All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail or DHL and fully tracked, this is a secure posting service that requires a signature on arrival. We estimate the delivery times using this service are normally between 3-4 days but please do allow extra time in busy periods i.e. Christmas. If you need your order faster, please email our Customer Service Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a quicker service with another courier – this would incur an extra cost.
We do ship worldwide. For European countries we charge a flat rate of £18 and for the rest of the world we charge a flat rate of £25. This is also a secure and fully tracked service via DHL and you can expect your delivery within the EU to take 5-14 working days, and outside the EU 7-21 working days. There may be some delays in shipping due to Brexit and Covid complications.

We do offer full refunds and exchanges within 14 days after receipt of item(s). On Sale items we can only offer exchanges. If you want to return any item please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with all original tags in place. Please avoid make-up transfer marks, perfume and remove all jewellery before trying on to prevent possible snagging and damage to the delicate fabrics. All our items are handmade and therefore need to be handled with love & care.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do advise tracking your return as you are responsible for this item until it is received back at Meraki Beach.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been returned and inspected. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to show up in your account. The refund will be issued via the original payment method you used, so make sure you check the correct card or account which you completed the order with.
