I ordered two of these dresses in different colours and the gold is amazing. The blue however arrived with snags and pulls in it which I’m absolutely gutted about because the colour is so beautiful. The defects are very visible, like ladders in your tights and go right across the front, see through in places. So, asked if I could return for another one, was told that no returns are offered because all of the reduced dresses have imperfections. No mention of this anywhere on the website. Was then offered an exchange but I cover the shipping costs which both return and new item sent is the cost of the dress😭 Gutted is an understatement! Will definitely still buy from here again as I love their stuff but will be more mindful about buying their reduced items as they have likely been reduced because they have faults!
